LKI is introducing a new logotype (10.4.2013)
LKI is introducing a new logotype as an important part of the renewal of the company graphic profile. There has been a need to implement new concepts into the corporate image which better represents the company that LKI is today, after a period of dynamic development and strong growth. The shape of the new symbol maintains a recognition of the old logotype format, to keep the history and tradition of the company ever present and to help the viewer easily recognise the company symbol.

LKI signed co-operation contract with KUKA (24.1.2013)
LKI has signed a co-operation contract with KUKA, one of the worlds leading suppliers of robotics as well as plant and systems engineering. The co-operation with KUKA increases the capabilities of LKI and enables a more comprehensive intralogistic solution to fulfill customers needs.
Move to new premises (27.11.2012)
We have recently moved into new premises in Lappeenranta, Lövö and Bennäs.
As the number of employees increased steadily, during the past year, a new building has been opened at the head office in Bennäs during October-November. Part of the production unit has been moved to our premises in Lövö to meet the need of production space and increase production capacity.
The Lappeenranta office has now also moved to new premises in Lappeenranta.

LKI strengthens its organsiation (5.7.2012)
LKI has strengthened its organisation through several new recruitments during the past months to meet the current and future demands on the market. During the spring the focus has been enhancing our solution offering including our software competence.
The strengthening of the software competence has been carried out mainly through the acquisition of the software company Camline, together with new recruitments. The increase of staff in the production unit has been another vital issue to meet the increasing demand.
We are now also standing stronger to support and meet customer requests via reinforcements to our sales organisation.
MP Flexit at Lamiera in Bologna 9-12.5 (24.4.2012)
The new
sheet changing solution for FO-type lasers, MP Flexit, will be presented at Lamiera in Bologna, Italy, by Amada Italia. From 9th to 12th May 2012, Bologna Fiera's show ground will host the sixteenth edition of Lamiera, an exhibition specifically devoted to the metal forming machine manufacturing sector. Other LKI solutions presented at the fair will be AS MP + PR (3P+) and ASLUL FO-MII.
LKI Käldman Ltd extends its software solution portfolio through the acquisition of Camline (17.4.2012)
LKI Käldman has acquired the complete business of Camline Corporation, a software company focusing on solutions for improving production efficiency in manufacturing and engineering industries. The acquired business, comprising 13 persons, will be affiliated to LKI Käldman Ltd. The acquisition complements LKI Käldman´s product and service offering to the sheet metal industry.

Release of a new Sheet Changing solution for FO-type lasers (25.1.2012)
In 2012 our new sheet changing solution MP-Flexit for FO-type lasers is released. The MP- Flexit is developed based on our customers demand for a compact entry-level model performing the automatic loading and unloading of sheets to and from FO-type lasers. In combination with the FO-laser, MP Flexit creates an efficient production cell optimising the utilisation of the laser thanks to the short job exchange time. It is also possible to extend the production cell with, for example, a storage system for a complete automated intralogistic solution.
